Instead those who use visual images which hyperlink to other web–pages or web-sites and in particular to contact details whether on the first page or subsequent pages of a web– site require a VUESTAR licence of “Use” in order to have the right of lawful enjoyment.
Special note should be made of the various existing and emerging products contained in our web – site which highlights the extensive commercial opportunities which enhance branding and local search capabilities. In addition there are many copyright protections which augur well for the future of the Company well beyond the tenure of its Patents.
To use either the patented and copyrighted user entitlement features of the VUESTAR Technology related to using visual images on the Internet requires a Licence of “Use”.
“Why do I need a Licence ” ?

VUESTAR Technologies Pte Ltd Intellectual Property - Our investigations appear to reveal that “You are using and enjoying our VUESTAR TM System”, a proprietary suite of technologies. The notice fully explains the deemed obligation and options should your Company decide not to use visual images in the steps and methods of the claims of the Patent described herein.
Lawful use is the primary reason. Explanations and answers are provided under frequently asked questions. For simplicity purposes we have also prepared a list of frequently asked questions to further assist your assessment of “USE”.

INFORMATION FOR COMPANIES RECEIVING INVOICES FOR THOSE DEEMED TO BE “USING” VUESTAR’S IP SYSTEM
We hereby wish to advise the Commercial community that in the coming days you may receive an invoice and notice of a need to have a licence of “ USE ” where it is deemed that our intellectual property is being used to locate web – sites and/or web – pages using visual images pursuant to the various patents granted by the patent offices in the identified Countries.
The Company deferred notices until we were ready to enter the market with other products such as a copyright and trade mark register , a security measure to detect illegal use of company logos and / or sites and free entry for the first year in the World’s first Visual Image Domain Name register .
On our web – site www.vuestar.biz we have provided a simple self assessment test to determine “USE “. Companies are invited to view and make their own assessment and then make a democratic choice. To use visual images or revert to text only options. We trust that our patented system will be used by all as we believe in its usefulness and importance in today’s market. We ask that recipients of invoices will respect our rights and pay promptly so as to avoid additional costs.
As with the owner of any intellectual property we reserve the right to seek full and final payment. The web-site clearly provides links to the relevant patent office in order to satisfy any queries as to authenticity of ownership of the Intellectual Property claimed. Enquirers shall also have the opportunity to enquire as to protocols concerning royalty / licence fees related to patents
